Refund policy

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Email hello@awashower.co.uk with your order number and we will send a returns label. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the return arriving with us.

Used filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Faulty items are replaced or refunded in full including any postage you paid.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
