Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on awashower.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Orders

An order is accepted when we email you to say it has shipped. We may cancel an order before then if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if so you will be refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Payment is taken at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. See our Shipping policy for timings. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and cancellation

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for any reason for a full refund, on top of your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund policy for how.

Product use

awa One is a shower head with a replaceable filter cartridge. It reduces chlorine, heavy metals and sediment. It does not soften water or make any medical claim. Fit it to a standard UK ½" shower hose following the instructions supplied.

Faulty goods

If an item is faulty you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email hello@awashower.co.uk.

Liability

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable or that were caused by incorrect installation. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
