awa One screws onto the shower hose you already have. Water passes through a chamber of mineral filter beads, then a narrow-jet plate that pushes it out faster — so it feels stronger, especially on UK low-pressure showers.
It filters. The bead chamber is designed to reduce chlorine, impurities and sediment before the water reaches your hair and skin. You can see it working: the beads darken over time.
It boosts pressure. Smaller nozzles, higher velocity. Uses less water for a stream that feels like more.
It's easy. Standard ½" fitting. No plumber, no tools, under a minute.

I love this shower head! One of my favorite purchases so far.
It arrived in good condition and I'm happy for now; it has those little balls that make it quite special. I'm not sure if filtering the water really works, but it has its appeal. The downside is how heavy it is. It weighs quite a bit more than other shower heads, but if you have it hanging like I do, there's no problem. The only thing is that it distributes the water well; you can notice that it saves because less water comes out (or the volume is smaller), or that's the feeling. I don't have much water pressure, but I think the one that has more pressure will deliver the water better and you'll have a fuller feeling. I added an elbow (which I also bought from AliExpress) so that it would bend better because my shower has a fixed and straight support.

It seems to filter the water and make your skin less itchy; in the area where I live, the water has a lot of lime in it.
For the price it has, it's quite good, with a lot of water flow and pressure; so far it's working perfectly! Now, yes... it's obviously made of plastic, but you can't ask for more from the product.
